Since 1990,
D2 Video has been providing endoscope repair to clients
both nationally and internationally. D2 is headquartered
in Oklahoma City, and because we maintain a full-service,
in-house facility, we are able to afford our clients
a greater cost-efficiency.
At D2, a team of professionally trained technicians perform service and repairs on most every brand and model of equipment, including ACMI, Toshiba, Stryker, Smith & Nephew, Dyonics, Linvatec, Storz, Olympus, Wolfe, and others.
While D2 Video strives for a failure rate of zero, as with any electronic product, warranty repairs may be necessary. So clients are provided a no-charge, 36-point inspection and estimate for each piece of equipment, and all repairs carry a 90-day parts and labor warranty (covering only the parts that were replaced or repaired).
D2
maintains a state of the art full-service facility,
including an in-house machine shop. Inside you'll find
only the latest equipment, the most highly skilled technicians
and engineering staff, as well as a full staff committed
to customer satisfaction. All equipment is repaired
and tested on site.
Patient Safety
At D2 patient safely is our
utmost concern. All electrical medical equipment
is serviced to ensure that the original approval
(ie... CF, BF, etc...) granted to the original manufacturer
is maintained as required by both UL & FDA medical
specifications. Any failures are immediately reported
to the customer. |

|
Service Environment
D2 uses state of the art
dry boxes to assemble all cameras and couplers to
ensure no humidity or moisture is trapped in the
unit. Many times fogging is caused by unremoved
moisture or trapped humidity incurred during service
of a unit. |
|

|
Inventory/Service Control
D2 maintains a complete inventory
for most all major brands. Even equipment received
for service is tracked and released through inventory
control to ensure all D2 customer equipment is secure
while at the D2 facility. |
|

|
Authorized Service Facility
Many cameras on the market
are originally manufactured by Toshiba and repackaged
for markets by other manufacturers. D2 is an authorized
Toshiba service center, this ensures that all technicians
are factory trained and that all original parts
are available to D2. |
|

|
Precision Test Equipment
D2 uses only the most current
state of the art test equipment to ensure that all
measurements are accurate and maintaining the product
serviced is at its optimal level of performance.
All technicians are trained to ensure proper use
of test equipment. |
|

|
Control Unit & Procesor Test Units
D2 maintains a high volume
level of control units, light sources, camera heads,
scopes and printers to ensure that each serviced
product is tested in a "complete system". This also
allows the customer to only send in the item requiring
service rather than the loss of an entire system
during the service period. |
|

|
Computerized System
D2 has a state of the art
computer network system. Each item received for
service is tracked and updated at each stage of
repair. This information is available to all D2
customers via the web site or by contacting a customer
service professional. |
|

|
In-House Machine Shop
D2 has a state of the art
machine shop, equipped with the latest CNC machines.
This ensures that all mechanical parts needing to
be replaced are machined to the same tolerances
and material originally designed by the manufacturer.
D2 also provides prototyping work to many manufacturers.
|
|

|
Quality Control
D2 utilizes a vacuum oven
to remove any moisture from 3-chip camera prism
blocks incurred in the field by fluid invasion.
This drastically reduces the cost of repairs on
3-chip cameras. The oven is also used to ensure
the complete and proper curing of all injection
molded parts used in the repair process.
